I’m a vet. I was arrested August 8, 2022 for possession of a psilocybin chocolate bar in the state of New Hampshire. I was on my way home to Seattle after hiking 800 miles of the Appalachian Trail. I spent a night in jail, arraigned the next afternoon and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.
I retained a lawyer for $10,000. I’m still awaiting the consequences. I’m 74 years old…
I struggle with depression, anxiety & ADHD.
Be careful. Unfortunately, feds are still out to arrest and prosecute anyone with even a small amount of psilocybin.
